Beautiful apartment in front of the beach

Please note that it is very important before you book to check availability. We advise to reserve our property one day after previous clients have left the accommodation. In this way, the company that carries out the cleaning and disinfection work has the necessary time to carry out said work. If there is a changeover it is very likely that we will be obliged to postpone the entry until the moment the accommodation is ready.

From the street enter into the cool, tiled reception area and take a few steps to the first floor.

Set on two levels, entrance to the apartment is through a spacious hallway with large mirror feature.
Double sliding doors take you through to the generous lounge area which has a bright and sunny aspect. The large flat-screen TV means you can keep up to date with all the world-cup action!
Step out onto the furnished balcony which overlooks the stunning sea and sands of El Campello.

A hallway will take you through to the ample kitchen which is fitted with fridge-freezer, double sink, dishwasher, hob, electric oven, extractor fan. The kitchen has ample amenities including juicer, coffee-maker, microwave, toaster. Located just off the kitchen is an open courtyard with a laundry area, including washing-machine, double sink, cleaning equipment.

The family bathroom has double vanity units with his and hers sinks, toilet, bidet and shower.

Bedroom One is newly fitted-out with brand new bunk beds sleeping three. The sliding fitted wardrobes are contemporary in style and have plenty of hanging space. Fully air-conditioned.

A small set of steps will take you up to the next level to bedrooms two and three.

Bedroom Two has two single beds, air-conditioning, a wardrobe and drawer storage. Double french doors lead out onto a furnished balcony overlooking the street below.

The fully-tiled bathroom has a new over bath shower with shower screen, toilet, bidet, mirror and storage.

Bedroom Three has three single beds, fitted wardrobes, persian blinds and air-conditioning.

Enjoyable stay but with some issues

The pictures accurately portray the apartment and its location. The only entrance to the building is actually on the road behind and so access to the beach requires visitors to walk along the road until the next junction and then walk to the beach. View from the balcony is great and we spent most evenings watching people promenading below us. The apartment is on the first floor with another two apartments above and a jewellery/gift shop below. There was noise from both directions, especially loud music from the shop below so do not expect a totally peaceful experience. We had two young grandchildren with us but fortunately they slept through such noise. The apartment is surrounded by bars and restaurants so eating out offers plenty of choice. The apartment is of a typical Spanish style with tiled floors throughout. Our two year old was happy to run around all day but we had a problem with our seven month old grandson who was at risk of hitting his head on the hard floor surfaces as he learned to crawl. I would suggest that the apartment is better suited to older children than young toddlers. We asked Robinson’s to provide two cots and a high chair for our stay and these were already inside when we arrived. One cot was fine but the second cot and mattress did not seem to fit well. We used additional padding to resolve the problem. The high chair was sturdy but the harness was badly stained. Each item was charged at 25 Euros for the week. A charge of 150Euros is added to the rental for cleaning but, during our stay, we never saw any evidence that cleaners had visited. The only time we were aware of cleaning was at 2 am when the guests in the apartment above us checked out. We then heard furniture being moved and cleaning noises for 30 minutes afterwards— hardly a great time for cleaning to take place. Overall, we did enjoy our stay. The kitchen is well equipped and air conditioning and WiFi works well. Furniture is adequate and somewhat basic but everything that is essential is provided.

Not safe in El Campello

Property has a beautiful outlook and is in a fabulous position. Unfortunately on day five of our holiday one of our party was attacked and robbed while unlocking the door to the apartment. The ensuing hospital visit, visits to the police station and visits by the very threatening Guardia civil took 11 days of our holiday. The injured member of our party was then told he had to sign papers that we did not understand and attend court or he would be arrested. Terrifying. With regard to the apartment, certain points. The sofa pictured is the only comfortable seating, so as we were a party of four, three sat in a line and the fourth on a hard chair. There are no bedside lockers and no direct lighting to the middle bedroom, which means this room is in perpetual darkness. Not much in the way of pans or casserole type dishes so cooking was difficult, but lots of china, cutlery, glasses etc. The owner is lovely and Alex who was part of the letting agency staff did his best to be helpful.

A fantastic apartment right in the centre of a lovely small resort with great sea views

5 of us shared this large apartment which can accommodate 9. Plenty of dining space in the lounge, kitchen and balcony. The decor was traditional yet bright and well equipped with all you might need. It could do with another couple of comfortable chairs in the lounge for watching tv but in the summer folk would be outdoors instead of watching tv, We spent most of our time on the balcony watching the world go by on the traffic free esplanade. The only small problem we encountered was immediately rectified by the agent. We had the opportunity to view the other 2 apartments in the building on the 2nd and 3rd floor both of which slept 6 and were more modern and high tech. We were delighted that there were several bars and restaurants close by as many were closed being February.
