Villa coveta fuma

Villa très bien placée, magnifique vue , très bien équipée. Par contre 2 choses gênantes, pas de clim dans l'appartement du bas, très chaud la nuit même avec le ventilateur... Il serait bien de préciser dans l'annonce que la maison est divisée en 2 appartements. Et aucuns rideaux ni volets dans l'appartement du bas... très gênant pour dormir... Mais sinon bien en général.
