Nice newly built coastal apartment. The apartment is located on Muchavista beach, a 5-minute walk from the beach. Although it is very close to the sea, the apartment is located in a very quiet area, without the hustle and bustle of the first-line apartments and with beautiful views of the mountains of Alicante. The apartment is recently built, fully air-conditioned with modern furniture consisting of a kitchen open to a living-dining room, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a terrace. In the living room sofa bed, very comfortable and easy to open, making it perfectly suitable for 4 people Urbanization of 20 apartments with swimming pool and solarium on the beautiful and extensive Muchavista beach. This beach has had the blue flag badge since 1993 with different accesses for the disabled. Very well connected with a tram and bus stop a five-minute walk from the apartment. To the south, Alicante Center and to the north, Campello and other coastal towns up to Denia. A 5-minute walk from the property, there are several restaurants, ice cream parlors and entertainment area. The Muchavista neighborhood It is a very quiet residential seaside neighborhood.
