The villa features a large living/dining room spanning 60 square meters, complete with an open-hearth fireplace, satellite TV, international TV channels, and a flat screen. From the living/dining room, you can access the terrace and the swimming pool. The villa also includes one room with a double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm), a private bathroom with a bath/shower/WC, air conditioning, and forced-air heating, as well as access to the terrace and swimming pool. Additionally, there are two rooms, each equipped with a double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm), a private shower/WC, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. The fourth room has one bed, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. The large kitchen is outfitted with a dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, a combination microwave, and a dining table, with an exit leading to the terrace.
