We stayed here Aug 2025 and had a brilliant time. The villa is very spacious and pool area is great. The property and pool are were very clean but the villa could be doing with a bit of updating to the inside esp the kitchen, there are also so many flies outside the villa I'm not sure why. I would advise hiring a car as ubers found it very difficult locating the property. The BBQ outside is great but was a bit disappointed that there was nothing left for us to use no coal firefighters etc we were unable to use the BBQ the first few days as each supermarket we went to didn't have any of these things, would be a nice gesture if the host had these things already in for guests arriving. Would recommend staying at this villa.

Family stay in Elche vill

We arrived at the villa at half past midnight as we got lost due to incorrect directions. When we arrived we noticed there were 3 doors with broken handles one of which ment a 4 year old little girl was trapped inside her bedroom until we heard her crys. The villa was very tired looking and we noticed that although we paid a few thousand pounds for our stay we had broken beds, leaky showers, only 3 sunbeds (all of which were broken and there were 16 of us). We messaged the contact we had been given and were asked if we needed it repaired straight away or if we could wait until our holiday had ended!! We told them we needed the doors fixed and someone arrived the following day at around 21:30. There was not sufficient mugs and glasses for the amount of people the villa accommodates and very few cooking utensils and pots/pans. I have many dealings with companies all over the world regarding villas etc etc and I don't feel VRBO were a company I would use again or recommend forward. They are advertising properties not fit for purpose, their communication is very poor and a not accurate.
