The garden is very well maintained and beautifully laid out with many plants and lawn. There is a spacious covered terrace and another shady terrace, which is suitable for barbecuing.
On the property there is an enclosed carport and behind the house an extra toilet.

For the tenants are several sun screens available as well as 2 sun loungers and 4 beach chairs.

The Space:
The house is very well and comfortably equipped. There is a living-dining room (with air conditioning, which is enough to cool even the bedrooms), 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, 3 bedrooms.

Guest Access:
Somebody will meet the guest.

The Neighborhood:
The house is located in a quiet residential area with single-family houses.

Getting Around:
The stony beach is only 500 meters away - the sandy beach about 1 km. Also shopping, restaurants and a bus stop are in the walking area.

Other Things to Note:
Dog keeping not allowed. Minimum age of the tenants 25 years. Groups with singles are not accepted (we only accept families with children or couples).

As a guest of this villa, you'll find barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
