The fully equipped open kitchen adjoins the living space and is fitted with 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, and a combination microwave. A bathroom with WC is also located on this level. The ground floor further comprises 3 bedrooms: the first is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 150 cm in width and 190 cm in length, accompanied by a private bathroom with bath and WC; the second features 1 French bed measuring 135 cm in width and 190 cm in length; and the third is equipped with 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length.
