CASA DEL SOL in Els Poblets
Cozy duplex townhouse with large communal pool. For 4 people.
The first floor offers a cozy living-dining room, fully equipped open kitchen with dishwasher, a toilet, terrace with gas barbecue and communal parking. On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms (one with balcony) and a bathroom. There is mosquito netting on all windows.
The bungalow is fully furnished and equipped with air conditioning in all bedrooms and in the living room, wifi internet, Satellite TV with German and French channels, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, wood burning fireplace, sun loungers on the terrace and umbrella. The communal pool and its spacious gardens are right in front of the house with direct access.
Peaceful location near the village centre (950 metres), which offers a good infrastructure with supermarket, various shops, pharmacy, doctors, restaurants, bars... The Almadrava beach is at 650 metres from the holiday home and the endless sandy beach at 1.000 metres. Denia's city can be reached within 10 minutes by car and is at 9 km, also the large shopping centre "El Portal de la Marina" in Ondara which is at 8 km. The area of Denia at the lovely Costa Blanca is the perfect holiday destination. Enjoy the mild climate all year round, long sandy beaches and the most beautiful green back country. Denia provides a very good infrastructure and a huge offer of leisure activities, a mondern Marina and a fishing port, an attractive historic centre and an enormous choice of good restaurants. Last but not least an interesting night live! The diversified 20 km long sandy beach offers something for everyone, water sport activities, calm areas, beach bars, cliffy bays in the nature reserve, great for diving and snorkeling. Denia is situated exactely between Valencia and Alicante, from both airports the holiday home can be reached within about 1 hour 10 minutes. Within 20 minutes to max. 1 hour you can reach several other lovely places on the coast, i.e. Javea, Calpe, Altea, Benidorm, an Alicante in the south, as well as Oliva, Gandia and Valencia in the north. Also a trip to the back country is worth to do, you will see lots of orange groves, almond trees and quaint villages between green hills and mountains. 2 renowned golf courses (Oliva Nova and La Sella Golf) are at only 9 resp. 12 km from the bungalow.
For long term stays (28 days or more) there are special prices, therefore additional charges may apply, such as Wifi, water and electricity according to consumption.
