Thanks to its square shape, it is practically arranged and offers a high level of convenience thanks to the built-in quality brand appliances (convection cooker, extractor bonnet, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, two coffee machines, toaster, kettle, etc.). You also benefit from sufficient and tasteful crockery, cutlery, glasses, mugs and other kitchen utensils to make cooking and baking a pleasure. The side-by-side fridge and freezer in the side wing of the villa is a valuable extra, especially in the summer months, to keep other food and drinks cool and fresh. An impressive internal staircase takes you to the first floor of the house. Here you will find the large master bedroom and two further bedrooms. All rooms are bright and friendly, air-conditioned and have large built-in wardrobes that provide ample storage space for all guests.
The master bedroom with double bed (1.80 x 2m) is flooded with light and impresses in the evening with an extraordinary starry sky.
The large, exclusive built-in wardrobe offers plenty of space for clothes, shoes and bath towels etc. This makes getting dressed in the morning fun. This bedroom is also equipped with an internet-enabled TV.
The en suite luxury bathroom is tiled to ceiling height and features a large washbasin, illuminated mirror, heated towel rail and floor-level luxury shower with real glass screen. Modern bathroom furniture, make-up mirror, hairdryer etc. add to the comfort. Directly adjacent is a dressing room for further dressing, sports and leisure wear.
The two other bedrooms are tastefully furnished and have double beds measuring 1.60 x 2 metres. All bedrooms on the 1st floor have patio doors that lead directly onto a surrounding outdoor terrace measuring approx. 40 square metres.
Opposite the bedrooms you will find an outstanding luxury bathroom. It is equipped with a comfortable double washbasin, large mirror unit, floor-level shower with real glass screen, towel heating and two window units. As in the bathroom on the ground floor, underfloor heating has also been installed here. The highlight of this large room is a "royal" bathtub unit with large storage areas on both sides, framed by massive pillars.
All bedrooms are flooded with light through the patio doors and therefore have direct access to the outside terrace. This runs around the south side of the house and therefore offers sunshine all day long. You can take a seat, relax and unwind at a high-quality seating and table set for 8 people. The outdoor terrace offers a wonderful view of the pool and garden area as well as the "Segaria" mountain.

The property is managed by a German, English and Spanish-speaking caretaker on site (office approx. 500 metres from the property). She always guarantees top service from the handover of the property to its return. Quick availability in case of questions or problems is a matter of course.
