Situated in the middle of the Tramuntana mountains, in Cala Tuent, this charming chalet offers a quiet home for 3 persons.



Who is looking for nature, outdoor activities and unspoilt coves, will be at home in this house in the middle of the mountains. Cala Tuent is in the west of Mallorca, 6 km from Sa Calobra and 25 km from the monastery of Lluc. The picturesque villages of Sóller, Fornalutx and Deià are worth a visit, as are the beaches of Llucalcari and Cala Banyalbufar. In Cala Tuent, there are a few bars, a restaurant and a small grocery shop. More services can be found in Inca or Palma. A car is necessary.



Why not start the day with a long breakfast on the furnished patio, enjoying the first rays of sunshine before starting the day's activities. For sun lovers, there are 6 sun beds and 2 sun umbrellas. During the evenings in the Tramuntana mountains you can see many stars while enjoying a family barbecue. Inside, the house has a rustic and warm style. The living-dining room with TV, air conditioning and Wifi is open to the kitchen, equipped with gas hob, dishwasher and much more. To relax you can choose between 3 bedrooms, two with 2 single beds and one with a double bed. A bathroom with shower and hairdryer, washing machine, iron and a cot on request complete the equipment.



Please note:



In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for each guest from 16 years of age. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa will be charged before arrival by Visa / MasterCard with a secure payment link. This payment is compulsory.
