We came to Oberhausen for a concert at the Rudolf Weber Arena and this hotel is the perfect location for the arena. All the staff were incredibly friendly and the overall atmosphere was very pleasant. We will definitely be staying here again next year.

Decent hotel but under construction and a bit run down. The elevator takes ages. We picked it for the proximity to Rudolf Weber arena and that was perfect. Lots of shopping at the Westfield and places to eat. Bar service was a bit slow but all staff were extremely friendly. Overall a pleasant stay.

Great location

We had a lovely stay. Considering the hotel hosted 6 different high school soccer teams, it was still good. For a 4 star tho, the room didn’t have a fridge, coffee machine, or even a water boiler. I’ve stayed in a hotel in a different city but close by that was the same so maybe it’s a regional thing.

A very nice breakfast buffet. The shower handle is too easily touched and therefore moved while showering, causing you to find yourself in cold or hot water suddenly. It would be nice of there were some rooms with a double bed (and blankets) instead of just double single beds. I found the blankets a bit small.

Leider gab es auf dem Zimmer weder einen Wasserkocher noch eine Kaffeemaschine. Positiv hervorzuheben sind jedoch die Sauberkeit, das freundliche Personal sowie der angenehme Duft in der Lobby. Das Frühstück bot zwar eine gute Auswahl, ließ jedoch qualitativ zu wünschen übrig. Insbesondere die Mini-Croissants waren enttäuschend. Insgesamt wirkte das Angebot eher von unterdurchschnittlicher Qualität.
