This is a lovely hotel. The location is convenient for accessing tour buses however, it is also noisy because of the location. I did not get even one decent sleep because of the revellers on the street. I was offered to move to an interior room but that meant packing and unpacking all over again. Also, no natural light. All said, everyone was friendly and John at the front was very helpful. I would consider staying there again but would need a quieter location away from the street noise.

Welcome desk were friendly and professional. We arrived at about 12 noon (4 hours before check-in), but they were kind enough to make a room available on arrival. They didn’t mention that the room was equipped for wheelchair access which would have been useful to know or that it was difficult to move around the bed due to its proximity to the wall and due to the wall mounted TV.
