Great place to stay in Dublin

Hotel is on the edge of the Temple Bar area but central to everything. Buses and tour buses stop nearby with convenient restaurants in the area. Clean and very comfortable rooms - plush towels and bathrobes in the room. Staff were wonderful- very helpful and went out of their way to assist. Attached restaurant was very good as well.

The Mercantile is charming and the staff polite and helpful. The location is convenient to many areas including Temple Bar, HaPennyBridge, Trinity College, Dublin Castle food and shopping. Highly recommend.

Great location, a little noisy but that is to be expected and it died down quickly - although we were not there over a weekend. The restaurant attached to the hotel was absolutely fantastic. Food was not cheap, but it was excellent and though expensive, VERY good value for the money. Will stay there again.
