So this is a complicated review. We really enjoyed the property, & had a fabulous cabin & we would definitely return to it. But we had 2 issues, 1 major: the hotel had insufficient plugs for critical block warmers while we were having extreme temperatures of -36+. Additionally, at least a ½ dozen of the outlets were inoperable. Even after notifying management 3 days later they were still not functional while we had -32 the next night. When alerted, again, management said we could walk out & start our car every few hours during the day/night or take our chances. Completely unsatisfactory!! They obviously didn't give a damn. We had to opt for the former. It was not fun, getting up constantly in that weather. 1* Other complaint is more minor: we chose/paid for a room with a fireplace, we needed it with the Sub-Zero temperatures we had. However the control for the fireplace was very finicky & difficult to use. More often than not, it was either not operating or was cooking us. Without the fireplace, the bedroom got quite cold since it was around the corner from the other heater. Additionally the shower head was horrendous, & the cabin was not exactly cleaned properly. 2** On the plus side, we had cabin 12, it was an incredible location w/ Hallmark card views out the window of Chena River after our snowstorm! Super quiet, very private, loved it! Also, I must say we had the best fish of our trip at Pikes Landing (which included Leavenworth & Seattle)! 5***** Recommended still

I was in a room at the end of the hall (117) next to the exit. All night long people were in and out of the door which squeaked very loudly, and slammed shut with every entrance and exit. It was so loud that it just kept waking me. I could every person who was walking down the hall (and there were a lot!). When I went to get a shuttle to the airport, I waited 40 minutes as they only had one driver. Thankfully, my flight had gotten delayed, as I only made it to the airport 10 minutes before boarding.
