The staff was excellent. Fast efficient, and very pleasant. They have on site food and drink, and our conveniently located near dozens of restaurants and shops. The parking is paid per night and you must get the procedures from the desk before you go to the lot.

Disappointed

The vents were dirty causing me to sneeze a lot. This could also be because they allow pets. Also, the surfaces in the room, such as the table and night stands were not very clean. There were old spots on the surfaces from oil and drinks. The bathtub still had shower gel/shampoo left in a huge glob. The bathroom mirror was not very clean. I was a bit disappointed red as I’ve stayed here before and this is my first time having any complaints. We stayed 1 night so I decided kit to make a big deal out of it and disinfected the surfaces myself with my travel Clorox wipes. The team at the front desk were very professional and nice. However, I was really disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. It was definitely questionable.
