In a well-established cottage area near Gudenå you will find this beautiful cottage.



The house has a nice conservatory with lots of light, a large kitchen-dining room with fully equipped kitchen and nice big dining area. There are floor-to-ceiling windows, so you have a good view of the large terrace. In open connection with the kitchen you will find a spacious living room with seating area.



There are 3 bedrooms and 2 nice bathrooms, one of which is accessible from the master bedroom. The terrace faces south, so you will have sun all day during the summer season. There is a fish pond on the property - this is screened off with a single green wire fence. However, please note that the pond is deep and therefore not suitable for small children to play in.



If you want to fish, there are many opportunities in the area. You can fish in Gudenåen, remember to get your fishing license and Lake Tange is not far away. Bring your bike and ride on the newly established Pramdrager Sti.



If you want a good dinner, Svostrup Kro is a good option.



The nature is beautiful and varied. If you want to visit a city, it is not far to the charming Silkeborg and also plan a visit to the museum Jorn. You can also take the kids to the aqua aquarium and zoo - or visit the city of Aarhus, which is only 45 minutes from the house.
