O único problema que identifiquei foi quanto ao Café da manhã, apesar da variedade tinha pouca quantidade e sem reposição, o horário de início do serviço é às 6h30, desci às 6h40 e já não tinha muita coisa. Percebi que só existiam 2 funcionários, um funcionário estava no salão e outro volante. Sendo assim, o café da manhã deixou a desejar. Sugestão: ter mais funcionários no salão e na cozinha e repor o buffet até findo o horário. Atenciosamente, Liane Miranda

Recomendo a estadia. Além da localidade, pois fica em rodovia principal; fica ao ladp d eposto de combustível com conveniência e Subway. O desjejum possui muita diversidade e o atendimento do restaurante foi ótimo. Faltou apenas mais simpatia e atenção do oessoal da recepção durante o check-out.

No inicio, a recepcionista que nos atendeu , não foi muito solicita, e com isso acho que não verificou o tipo de reserva, pois solicitei um quarto com duas camas de solteiro e me deram um quarto com uma cama de casal, liguei e o problema foi solucionado. Um outro ponto foi o estacionamento que fica na rua lateral, não existiu nenhum controle de acesso., Ligamos e fomos informados que deveríamos abrir o portão (enorme e pesado), mas graças a Deus estava com um casal de amigos e o meu amigo conseguiu abrir, não sei se eu conseguiria. Ou seja não existe controle de acesso ao estacionamento, visto que qualquer pessoa poderia abrir o portão e entrar e ter acesso ao hotel sem passar pela recepção, visto que o tunel (enorme por sinal) sai no mesanino. No outro dia pela manha identifiquei que existia um motor, mas não sei o motivo do não funcionamento. Os funcionários de domingo, muitos gentis e o café da manhã excelente. Um outro ponto o sifão da pia do banheiro está pingando, não impactou só uma sinalização.
