Finca in Felanitx

Overall we had a very nice stay in this finca with my multi-generational family. The layout of the home was very modern and convenient, as each room had its own full bath and the common areas were large and open. The backyard and pool were very lovely and thoroughly enjoyed by adults and kids alike. The location is quiet and surrounded by fields. Eva was responsive to our questions and requests. The description of the property says it has air conditioning, but it is important to note that A/C is only available in the bedrooms and not in the common areas. Additionally, A/C is not available at all times, and is switched off for much of the day. Leaving external doors open allowed for some cross breeze, which helped a bit, but it was still quite warm at times (we were there in July). In the evening you had to choose between closing the doors and dealing with the heat or leaving them open and attracting mosquitoes/bugs. A small fan was provided to us on request which helped some, but the more “heat-sensitive” in our family struggled a bit.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft

Das Haus ist wie beschrieben. Es liegt wunderschön für sich alleine ohne direkte Nachbarn, jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Badezimmer und es ist gepflegt und sauber. Die Kommunikation verlief einwandfrei. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
