Es Rafal Nostro - Villa With Private Pool
The outdoor areas of the house are wonderfully spacious, surrounded by a wide variety of trees and plants, as well as 350 m² of lawn. Much of the garden has been recently refurbished and offers generous open spaces. The 16 m² porch is comfortably furnished, while the 8x4 m swimming pool provides the perfect spot to cool off during the warmest hours of the day. To make the most of Mallorca’s glorious sunshine, hammocks are available in the garden, inviting you to rest and relax amidst the stunning Mediterranean scenery. Beside the pool, a 136 m² terrace offers an ideal place to unwind, and there’s also a swing for the little ones. To round off the day perfectly, you can enjoy a barbecue and spend a magical evening outdoors.
Renovated in 2003 on the basis of an old building dating back to 1910, the house retains all the charm of traditional Mallorcan style. The property is spread over two floors. On the ground floor, the kitchen-dining room is an ideal space to enjoy time together with your loved ones. It features a large traditional Mallorcan table and offers plenty of space. The kitchen is very spacious and practical, and it is equipped with all the utensils you need to cook as if you were at home. In the laundry area you will find a washing machine, iron and ironing board. On this same floor there are three bedrooms with air conditioning, a double bed and direct access to the garden. Two bathrooms with showers complete this floor. On the first floor you will find a second living room and one bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with shower, as well as a private sauna for relaxing moments. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and a high chair.
The house is ideally located between Felanitx and Vilafranca, in a peaceful rural area surrounded by farmland, yet close to many of Mallorca’s stunning beaches and hidden coves – a truly authentic way to experience the island. Just 8.6 km away lies Felanitx, a delightful Mallorcan town offering supermarkets, restaurants, and everything you might need for a comfortable, independent stay. By car, you can easily reach some of Mallorca’s dreamiest beaches, such as Cala Marçal, Cala Mandia, Portocristo, Es Trenc, and Cales de Mallorca. Note: This accommodation is intended for families and guests over 25 years old who are looking for a peaceful stay. Bookings for parties or celebrations are not accepted. A copy of the identification document of all guests will be required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden.
