Finca sa Ferreta - Cas Concos
Sa Ferreta is a typical 150 year old country house in Mallorca. It was restored at the time and the original architecture was retained. The house is built on a hill and offers guests 4 double bedrooms and 3 complete bathrooms, one of them en suite.
Inside, the house has particularly cozy and comfortable rooms, which are distributed as follows:
On the ground floor we find a wide distribution area from where you enter a fully equipped kitchen overlooking the swimming pool and the garden; and a beautiful dining room with original stone walls, a double bedroom with bathroom in suite and the stairs leading up to the 1st floor. This is exactly opposite the kitchen.
On the 1st floor we find the other 3 double bedrooms, two full bathrooms and living room furnished with comfortable sofas, satellite TV and fireplace.
The house is built on a high plot from where you can see far out into the Mallorcan countryside. Inside the property there is a beautiful lawned garden, barbecue, original oval-shaped swimming pool, sun-protected part and garden furniture to enjoy the holidays in this quiet and natural resort.
