There's a baby cot and a high chair. It offers 4 bathrooms, 2 of them located on the ground floor with a shower, and 2 on the first floor with a bathtub, one of them en suite. The living-dining room is fully equipped with satellite TV and a fireplace; the living room communicates with the dining room, which is equipped with a table, 2 benches and chairs and air conditioning. The independent gas kitchen is fully equipped so that you can prepare your favourite dishes without any problem. The laundry area, located in one of the bathrooms, has an iron, ironing board and a washing machine.
The house is very close to Felanitx, just 2.6 km away. Here, you will find all the basic services for your stay: bars, restaurants, local shops, supermarkets, medical center, banks, pharmacy, sports center, etc. It has good road communication with many points of interest and leisure. Just 15 km away you will find a wide variety of beaches and coves and also 15 km away you will find the Vall d'Or golf course. And for those fans of cycling, in the area you will find different routes.
