Welcome to this beautiful house in Felanitx with large terrace and views of the countryside, ideal for 8 guests and 34 km away is the paradisiacal beach D'es Trenc.
At 6 km you will find the village of Felanitx where you can find restaurants, supermarkets, petrol stations and everything you need.
Inside the villa you will find four bedrooms all of them equipped with air conditioning to guarantee a comfortable stay.
On leaving you will be greeted by a private oasis with a magnificent 6 x 3 metre chlorine pool where you can take a refreshing dip or simply sunbathe in the comfortable sun loungers.
The villa has a terrace with barbecue, perfect for alfresco dining while contemplating the beautiful views.

Groups of young people under 25 years old are not allowed except for families with children.
In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which must be paid by each guest over 16 years old. The amount is 2,2 EUR per night and person in high season and 0,55 EUR per night and person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is halved. The Ecotasa will be charged on arrival by the owner. This payment is compulsory.
