We were glad we stayed here and would return. The service and food was genuinely fantastic. The evening entertainment was exceptional. The adult only sections were appreciated. Gamze from guest relations was outstanding in making us feel welcome and resolving any issues. Staff were open to feedback and seemed to care.
Minor improvements needed:
To take sustainability more seriously. The hotel provide thousands of plastic bottles of water daily to guests. This surely could be reduced by introducing water pumps to allow guests to reuse bottles. For hot drinks, they give you two paper cups as the drinks are too hot. Surely investing in higher quality cups would reduce costs and help the environment. Towels could be chucked on the floor only when guests want them changed vs changing them daily etc.
I enjoyed the food but was happy to leave after a week. I think two a la carte restaurant (rather than 1) is needed.
The spa massages initially weren’t great and the package they advertised was less minutes than they had promised. Saying this, I did complain and they were quick to act and resolve and did so fantastically so credit to them.
