Curtain did not fully cover the window. Two singles beds instead of a Double/Twin, which was what I has originally booked. Shower pressure was average at best. No car parking on site so had to pay for it and no discount avaliable from hotel for using the car park they are promoting. Stairwells could do with a clean out and a lick of paint. Nice staff. Nice room. Central location.

Perfect hotel for Munster match

Ideal Base to attend game central to good pubs in centre of the city where there was a great atmosphere after the game

Absolutely fantastic Great location

Pros: The staff Make this hotel not just a comfortable place to stay, but a warm friendly telaxed feel nad culture about our stay
Cons: In breakfast MAgda little cold and frosty in the morning at breakfast However the young lads there tip top happy
Location: Fantastic location, beautiful setting, thoroughly enjoyed the walk up the quays

Weekend away

Disappointed really.....

Very average, wouldn't go back. Good points - very nearby car park and good hotel rates to park. Also Kudos Restaurant serves great Asian food. BUT, we had a really poor meal in other restaurant and very noisy music on Saturday night in function suite. Some staff good, some not that bothered.
