Absolutely fabulous and unique duplex is located in the privileged and picturesque gated and guarded Residencial PANORAMIC BEACH, where all the houses are modern, minimalist, luxury style with a swimming pool, park and a beautiful green area. It is of a very recent construction based on the new standards of the building and new trends in interior design.
We have 3 bedrooms in total, all double and spacious. Bedroom 1 has 2 single beds and in bedroom 2 is the double bed. Bedroom 3 is the suite with the King Size bed with its very beautiful designer bathroom and large chill out terrace facing the sea with direct stunning sea views.

The house has 3 terraces to enjoy the sun and shade at different times of the day.
It is an exceptional place to live comfortably all year round.

It is very close to Benidorm, a fishing and tourist town and is also the historic capital of the Marina Baixa. It is an opportunity to enjoy the sun, beach, nature, gastronomy, culture, good communications (tram stop 500 meters away) and commercial services.
