Outside the resort, 1 km from the centre of Finestrat, in the district Partida de Ramal de Loix, in a quiet, sunny position, 8 km from the sea. Private: property 5'000 m2 (fenced), large terraced garden, swimming pool (12 x 4 m, depth 40 - 190 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower. 1 km long steep motor access to the house. Parking (for 4 cars). Shop 1 km, supermarket 1 km, bus stop "Finestrat" 1.7 km, sandy beach "Benidorm" 8 km. Golf course (18 hole) 8 km, walking paths from the house 50 m. Nearby attractions: Benidorm Palace, Aquanatura. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
