Enjoy Fall Colors -The Sanctuary @ Lost River State Park
"This was an ideal cabin for two my dog, a short distance from Lost River State Park, and about three miles from Lost & Found Pizza on the main road. It was very quiet and the lack of ambient lights made for wonderful star gazing. I had up to 13 different bird species identified on my app, and that's mostly all we heard - the bird songs. The house is great, with a nice 100-degree hot tub in the back. We enjoyed breakfasts at the table in back, and relaxing with cocktails on the rockers in front before heading out for dinner. In addition to Los & Found, we enjoyed Lost River Grill for delicious, unpretentious food. Both were manned by very friendly locals. The kitchen is well-equipped, but if there was a coffee grinder, we didn't find it (was noted in the description). No matter, as I brought already-ground coffee as a precaution. We watched Netflix on the TV (with my own account), on the very comfortable sofa which was a nice L-shaped design with foot extension on one side. All said, it was a great, peaceful 4-day escape from the city's noise and bustle!"
