The room was very close to the kitchen where breakfast was served and as soon as they came in to clean it up, from 7 o'clock onwards you could hear footsteps and the sound of plates and glasses being thrown. I had to ask to be moved to a less noisy room, although it was quite smaller and without a view, although I accepted because I prefer that to the noise.

Great lovation

The hotel is located in a great area for visiting the sights. We booked thru Hotels.com and didn’t notice the small print that says bed size and number can’t be guaranteed. I needed three beds and this hotel offered that on our reservation but gave us only two. The sofa bed was awful for anyone over 8. We could feel the bars underneath. Had a terrible nights rest. Breakfast was great and the gentleman at the front desk was apologetic but there was nothing he could do. The room with three beds is reserved for 5 people. Great for a two person stay.

Our suite was nice but overpriced for the facilities. The worst issue was there is no sound proofing and given that our room overlooked the piazza (room 6), the drunken singing, yelling and street rave on Friday and Saturday nights were so loud it sounded like a woofer speaker blaring next to our bed. This did not stop until 3am Friday and 4am Saturday mornings. I had no sleep for 2 nights. The location was very central, but the sleep deprivation was just not worth the expensive stay.

This is ideally situated near the closest monuments and within easy walking distance to all. Parking is difficult because you have to find an off site garage and that can make a short walk into a very long walk with luggage! Overall though, this place was excellent!

The property was great with a very good location. It was modest in amenities but well taken care. The staff members were nice. However, I was requested to reuse my coffee cup in the coffee machine which I think it is unsanitary. The coffee machine was not design to reuse of cups. I will advise a dishwasher for breakfast area. I noticed that cups are washed by hand.
