Different day, different outcome

No breakfast this time as I had an early morning flight. Having stayed there a few weeks before, the breakfast was very good. I stayed there several weeks prior and had some issues with my room and the cost associated with it. I wasn’t looking forward to staying there again but no problems this time and was happy with my room.

The staff were top tier, very helpful, pleasantly, and made me feel welcomed. The room was comfortable, cozy, and just the right size. Location awesome close to restaurants, train station, bus stops, and shop. When I come back to Florence, I will most definitely stay here.

Is a preaty hotel but needs cleaning, the rugs of the common areas are very dirty, the entire hotel needs some tlc, is ok to be old and cozy but not dirty. Please fix this the actual premises have a good vive

The rooftop terrace was an absolute gem, you can see the Duomo from the upper most deck, and it’s a quiet refuge from a long day around town. Our room & beds were comfy. The staff made the stay perfect. Front desk and the morning breakfast crew(the breakfast spread was wonderful!)were all very kind. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

A lovely stay!

We had a lovely stay. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options and plenty of seating. The bedroom was clean and comfortable and even had a mini fridge which was a pleasant surprise. The rooftop deck was beautiful and the hotel staff were friendly. The hotel is in a good location, a 10 to 15 minute walk to the train station and close to shopping, restaurants and laundromats. The Central Market is a short walk from the hotel and a good dining option. The hotel is on an active but quiet street near a nice park which is well lit at night.

Upon arrival, I was given a room upgrade. Staff were friendly and addressed all questions enthusiastically. The room was spacious, a little worn with age, the safe did not function, the hallway carpeting from stairs to the room was a little dirty. On other floors, the carpets looked fine. The lobby had numerous sitting rooms which were quite nice. The hotel location was sufficient to hit all local tourist areas by foot (required a bit of walking). Hotel is within a 14 minute walk to the metro station. I would stay again, but I wouldn't necessarily go out of my way to stay here again.
