It’s a comfortable hotel with very friendly staff and good leisure amenities. It’s very well maintained and clean. Our room was a bit dark and gloomy because it was lower ground level and facing a small enclosed courtyard.

The rooms were spotless. The staff were amazing they went above and beyond. It was the most relaxing stay. The little beautiful touches were outstanding. This was our little girls first holiday and the staff were so friendly and helpful with them.

The hotel was lovely with great facilities. We enjoyed our stay but are not sure if we would return to this particular hotel. Found the staff to be very professional but we were left a little underwhelmed by the level of service we received. Worth it if you can get a great deal but we saw some other great options in the area too!

Stayed in an inner courtyard room to start which was a little dissappointing against what was expected. Staff great though and Food at breakfast and Dinner was excellent. Views feom the restaurant of rhe Mountain were amazing. Moved to Presidential Suite for a couple of extra nights. No real wow factor there so not really worth the cash. Could cut back the vegetation atvthe windows which spoiled the view of rhe Mountain. Slightly out of Town for walking but just doable.

My room was so disappointing I did not sleep and was late for my work this morning as a result , It is sad that this hotel disappointed as My family stayed here in the past and my US cousins but I cannot recommend staying to them again due to my experience Z
