We really enjoyed our stay here. Staff were excellent and the hotel was decorated to the highest standard. We will definitely be returning to this beautiful hotel.

Great hotel. Breakfast was lovely. Twin room with double and single beds. Would have been nice to have had a better view (overlooked the bin store).

Revisit

Pros: Homlieness
Cons: Preferred the previous wallpaper

business trip

Enjoyed my stay.was clean.staff were friendly.breakfast could've been better,the bacon was a bit rubbery and didn't have scrambled egg or beans!

Stopover night

Hotel was a pleasant surprise. We did not have any great expectations but the staff were lovely and the room clean and tidy. Breakfast was buffet style and the utensils were pick and mix which was not great for the vegetarians. Staff at breakfast were a little scattered. Wifi in the room was hit and miss but ok around the property

Relaxing country break

We chose Park Hotel due to its close proximity to Knock airport and excellent customer reviews. We certainly were not disappointed from the friendly welcome when checking in through to the very reasonable bill presented on check out. All the staff were very efficient and helpful, the food was lovely and great value for money in the impressive bar/restaurant. Our room was large, well presented with a double bed each! There is a large free car park and the small town of Kiltimagh is a short walk away with a few shops and pubs a plenty. Our favourite was Ryan's Bar for a warm Irish welcome and an excellent choice of drinks. All in all an enjoyable few days in county Mayo and we hope to one day return to this lovely hotel.

Not what I was expecting.

Arrived at the hotel and they couldn't find our bookings. Said they have been having problems for the last 2 weeks with their systems. Rooms we wanted were not now available and then finally arriving at our rooms only to find there was no water within our rooms. That problem was sorted within five minutes, however 3 minutes later the water was switched off again. No water was going to be supplied to these rooms and we'd needed to be moved rooms. Had no time to wait and had to throw Al our belongings in our cases and leave the hotel staff to move our belongings. The hotel was servicing no food after 9 oclock this we was not aware of. The next day our key card wouldn't work on one of the rooms doors and apparently it was to do with the charging unit on the door. To enter the room we had to keep going to the reception desk to get a member of staff to go up to our room with the master key to let us in. Apparently manager would be there the next morning to deal with the issue. No manager
