Good location, easier accessibility to the public transportation options and closer to the railway stations like firenzi rifredi and firenzi SMN. Friendly staff and good breakfast. Hotel was bit old and the room is not very comfortable. Lot of disturbances from other rooms and the AC in our room started leaking water in the middle of the night.

This property was in a great location, quick tram ride into the city center. Hotel was very clean, comfortable and perfect for our stay. The only thing That could have been better was the breakfast! I would 10/10 recommend staying here and will definitely book again if I ever come back!

We enjoyed our stay at the Divs but the fridge in our room didn’t always work. This was significant as my partner is diabetic and needs to store his insulin in a fridge to keep it usable

Overall, we (my bf and I) had a positive experience. They let us check in a little early. The room was clean. We liked that we could buy tram tickets at the receptions desk. It is a short (5 minute) walk from the tram. This is a very basic hotel, nothing fancy. If you just need a place to sleep, chill out, this is a good pick.

The immaculate cleanliness of the hotel and room. Friendly staff, always willing to help with advice and information. Breakfast was simple but well presented and good quality. Tram station to city centre close by. Local eating places were easy to find and very good. Beds were comfortable. Toiletries and clean towels were provided. Would have liked a kettle and mugs as most hotels supply these. Over all a very pleasant stay.

Convenient, clean place to stay for Airport

Convenient to the airport. Easy to find. Parking was not free. Garage at hotel costs 10 Euro per night. I suppose we could have parked on the street although we preferred the security of the garage and parking next to hotel on street looked to require a resident permit. Would stay there again when using the Florence airport. Very clean room.

There is a very unfriendly and unwelcoming female staff member at reception - who made me feel very uncomfortable with her looks and stares, being someone from a different ethnic background. I'm unsure whether she is in fact, the hotel manager. The only friendly staff, was a lady tending to the kitchen/working during breakfast time. And the man on reception in the late late hours of the night. They had very genuine smiles. Pleasantly spacious room and bathroom, but unfortunately very thin walls - at night I could hear the next rooms tv very clear and loud; their conversations between each other; their showers being run; and even the use of the toilet. It got so much at one point I found myself saying out loud in the dark "Please, I'm trying to sleep" - and to my surprise, the loud talking stopped straight away! Breakfast had a selection, but unfortunately no hot food like the offering of at least scrambled egg and frankfurt sausage you see in other European buffets. So that was a little disappointing. Unfortunately not a hotel I will be recommending to anyone which is a shame, and solely due to how the lady was towards me at reception each time. Was a sad thing for me to encounter each day.

Ok for an overnight at the airport

The Diva is located about 2 km from the airport which is why we stayed. The area offers little for tourists. Parking was very difficult. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was small but quite clean. Breakfast was included, but it wasn't the best we had in Italy.

Great access to public transportation (Bus22)

The hotel is located in the middle of neighborhood and there are enough street light when I go back after sunset. I prefer to stay little far from the main city because there are too many tourists near by Duomo. The location for the hotel was about 25 min by bus (€2 each if you buy the ticket in the bus) and the bus conveniently come around every 15-20 minutes. I can recommend for any groups including solo female travelor. There are lots of varieties at breakfast. All staff who work in the morning, day time, and night were very friendly. I will definitely book this hotel again when I go to Duomo area.
