Good location, easier accessibility to the public transportation options and closer to the railway stations like firenzi rifredi and firenzi SMN. Friendly staff and good breakfast. Hotel was bit old and the room is not very comfortable. Lot of disturbances from other rooms and the AC in our room started leaking water in the middle of the night.

This property was in a great location, quick tram ride into the city center. Hotel was very clean, comfortable and perfect for our stay. The only thing That could have been better was the breakfast! I would 10/10 recommend staying here and will definitely book again if I ever come back!

Ottimo albergo se volete visitare Firenze.

Albergo situato in una posizione vicina all'autostrada e all'aereoporto. Non ha parcheggio privato, ma si appoggia ad un garage ed il costo è sui 10 euro al giorno. Stanza confortevole, non ho sentito nessun rumore provenire dalle stanze accanto, cosa che invece in un altro albergo si sente addirittura tirare lo sciacquone. Prezzo ottimo se considerate che la colazione è inclusa.

O hotel é muito bom!! A localização também com comercio diversificado ao redor. Café da manhã bem gostoso, atendimento ótimo! Estávamos de carro e não tivemos problemas com estacionamentos. We enjoyed our stay at the Divs but the fridge in our room didn’t always work. This was significant as my partner is diabetic and needs to store his insulin in a fridge to keep it usable

Overall, we (my bf and I) had a positive experience. They let us check in a little early. The room was clean. We liked that we could buy tram tickets at the receptions desk. It is a short (5 minute) walk from the tram. This is a very basic hotel, nothing fancy. If you just need a place to sleep, chill out, this is a good pick.

The immaculate cleanliness of the hotel and room. Friendly staff, always willing to help with advice and information. Breakfast was simple but well presented and good quality. Tram station to city centre close by. Local eating places were easy to find and very good. Beds were comfortable. Toiletries and clean towels were provided. Would have liked a kettle and mugs as most hotels supply these. Over all a very pleasant stay.
