I was in Florence to study for 5 week summer session. This was the perfect apartment. Walking distance to all the main attractions, but out of the crowds. AC in every room for Italian summer. The kitchen was perfect for breakfast and staying in some nights. Comfortable beds and plenty of closet space. Beautiful patio. Second room and half bath for guests. Convenient laundry machine and drying rack. Very clean and was met in person for check in. I would gladly stay here every time I’m in Florence.

the floor was not clean, very little supply of coffee, no black /breakfast tea, molds in spatula, one bed has sponge and was very uncomfortable. microwavewhich does not work properly

Clean and adequate

We found this property to be very clean. The beds were comfortable. Good location and excellent check in and communication from the host. Did find it a bit crowded with 3 adults and 1 teenager. The courtyard was great when the weather allowed us to be out there. Kitchen was not very well equipped but we were enjoying the many excellent restaurants near by.

I’m travelling around Italy with my adult son and his wife. The Florence apartment provided us a quiet place where most attractions were within easy walking distance. The apartment itself with two bedrooms and two bathrooms allowed us to be together while also providing a degree of separation and privacy.

In general, the apartment was fine. Location was perfect. A little grocery store was just down the street so that was very convenient. The pictures of the bedrooms were a little deceiving. The bedding linens that are shown in the pictures is not what we had, so that was disappointing. The main bathroom and floors could have been a bit cleaner. Over all, the apartment was fine. The outside patio, kitchen and location were the best features.

Perfect Place

The apartment was beautiful. The courtyard was enjoyable. It was no more than half a mile to most exhibits that we visited. It was close to the.”tent” shops And there were many restaurants Within walking distance. We arrived at 11:30 PM due to train issues. We walked half a mile to the apartment. We were comfortable during the walk and pleased with the unit.

Don't get me wrong the place was comfortable but there was a musty smell in the house and there was mold on the walls of the foyer as you walked in from the main building door, the bathrooms floor and wall tile grout had mildew on them to point that my wife didn't want to take bath. The other thing was that we didn't have any control over the air conditioning thermostat, it was pre-set at 22 and on locked position. The living room and dining room windows in the courtyard did not have any curtains or shades and the nosy neighbor on the second floor was always there to greet us. Marco was very helpful, he gave us good recommendations for restaurants near the apartment.

Great Place to experience Florence!

This was my second time staying here. Great Location, the outdoor courtyard is great. I would recommend stay with 5 star review. I am planning my 3rd trip for July! Just have to confirm the dates. See you again soon! Just cant get enough of Florence.
