Our room was clean and had a great view of the city. The beds were nice and the pillows soft. Although our room was small, the bathroom was not, which was a pleasant surprise. The lounge/ bar area was beautiful and served as the perfect place to end our long days exploring the city. We were skeptical at first but I would happily stay at the Pod in the future.

The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were super friendly and willing to help. Location was perfect and convenient for where I needed to go. I liked that the hotel reception desk/lobby/concierge is located one floor up from street level, and there is a separate elevator to take you to the hotel rooms. Extra secure. I also appreciated the restaurant/bar on site. I was able to get an Americano in the morning without having to step outside!

Este hotel es una joya, luego de enfrentarme con una pesadilla en el Hudson Yard Hotel,movernos al Pod fue lo mejor que nos pasó. Está bien localizado, las habitaciones pequeñas pero con todo lo necesario. Muchos ascensores, lo que facilita moverse con rapidez, las habitaciones con aislante para el ruido exterior. No se escucha nada y duermes como bebé, en camas y almohadas cómodas. El personal es super amable. El hotel tiene un Bar y un Roof Top. Lo recomiendo mucho.

For such a small space it is overpriced like most of NYC. Room was clean. Wish it had a mini fridge and/or microwave. Hallway carpet to me looked dirty. Had friendlier staff at other hotels. Just my opinion.

I was traveling alone and this place was PERFECT. My room was very clean and every employee, whom I encountered was friendly and courteous. The only thing better than the location was the price! This was a quick overnight trip to see The City for Christmas, not hang out in my hotel room. Very well worth it!

Front desk and concierge lack customer service. They were on their personal phones all the time. Didn’t make eye contact or any simple pleasantries. Facilities man, Christian, very helpful. He fixed the tv and tried to fix the air. The heat was pouring out and I had to have window open to balance temp. Shower leaked which created pools of water in bathroom For the price, this property is NOT worth it

My 6’2” husband didn’t fit in the bed. His legs hung from their queen bed. The rooms are legit tiny ( I knew it was small but Jesus two suitcases couldn’t fit). Overall it was clean and pretty close to time square BUT it’s not in time square specifically. You have to walk atleast 10min to get there.
