I saw some reviews saying they couldn’t get any sleep because they were in Times Square (which honestly wouldn’t be the hotels fault anyway) but I was shocked by how quiet it was at night! This is the perfect place for solo travel- clean, affordable, good location for shopping and sight seeing, it’s small but that’s kinda the point of the place, and personally I loved it- it’s cozy and I’m a messy traveler so when it was time to pack up it was nicer to have all my stuff in one small room then trying to remember everything spread out around a bigger room or suite. I will definitely be staying again!

The street level lobby to catch the elevator to the main lobby smelled like sewer. The room was advertised as a twin/full and the photos showed both a twin bed and full bed, however it was just one full bed. The toiletries were very limited and the room did not have a fridge.

The hotel is very central to transportation, banks, and different food options. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Check-in and check-out was quick and easy. They returned my $50 deposit a few days post visit. Housekeeping was impeccable at keeping my room spotless every time I returned from a day out. The bed and pillows were very comfy too. It's so rare to find a hotel that's safe and clean in a busy tourist area. Would definitely visit here again.

was assigned on 15th floor , on top there’s on going renovations / constructions, the noise from 10am-4pm was unbearable, complaint to the hotel reception but they did not even offer ear plug and apologize. Plus a random guy suddenly tried to open the room saying he needs to check the lock battery, i did not request for any battery change. The Hotel is pretty much accessible, bus stations, subway, etc.
