Overall, it is satisfactory hotel. The hotel gave us a family room (even though we were a couple) and we used the another room like a dressing room. Facilities looked slightly dated, but were clean enough. Only down side was feeling slightly unsafe from/towards the main train station. Many men stood and had chats on the specific street, though we believe they were harmless. But if you don't know anything about the area, and just arrive in Florence (especially alone as a female), you may be alarmed. Though nothing relates to the hotel itself!

A hotel that I could return to

Pros: Close enough to e.g. the railway station and the bus station (about 5 min walk with luggage)
Cons: If we have to find any negative that would be that the assortment of pillows could have included an even more soft pillow.
Location: Nearby are a couple of lovely restaurants if you don't want to eat in the hotel's own restaurant.
We stayed at this hotel from Monday until Friday in the end of August and we enjoyed our stay very much. We got our room earlier than espected and the personel was ready to help on every matter; booking trips (also telling about the trips; if there were a lot of walking, if it is an easy or difficult trip) and finding special stores. Breakfast was included; and it was much more that a toast and marmelade. Enjoy this hotel, at least we did.

Great for weekend break

Comfortable hotel. Staff very helpful. 15 minute walk into the centre of town.

It was a very lovely stay in this Hotel. We loves this location, because it was very close to the center, we were able to walk to the sightseeing attractions.

Excellent à tous points devue

superbe séjour

en séjour à Firenze nous avons passé 2 jours très agréable au sein de votre établissement, nous le recommanderons aux personnes intéressées, sa situation proche de toutes les principales visites de la ville et sa proximité d'excellent restaurant du style de la trattoria Marionne avec un rapport qualité prix et un accueil en français excellent. tous nos remerciements pour un séjour inoubliable malgrés la pluie.
