It was an amazing stay however, when we check in, I ask for a room near my sister who was in the 5 th floor. When Antoneete heard my request she came up to the front desk looked at the reservation and said no immediately who she was speaking to the guy checking us in. She didnt even turn around to say hello and welcomed us to the hotel. She clearly didn’t have customer service.

We have stayed at Grand Hotel Adriatico at least three times. The staff is very helpful and professional, the rooms are lovely, and the breakfast is good. The location is a big draw, and despite being very close to the major sites of Florence, the area around the hotel is quiet.

a few nice days in a good grand hotel

A very friendly welcome and good service. The minibar should be refilled more often. Otherwise, everything was perfectly fine and clean.

The hotel itself was really nice with good breakfasts & dining options, parking onsite was a plus too for some members of our family. The beds could have been more comfortable with choices for feather pillows offered. But overall we were very happy.

It's a bit dated. Staff is ok. No effort to be helpful, But will help if you ask. Rooms are clean. Location is within walking distance to most everything. Some questionable folks outside the hotel make it a bit scary walking in to the place.

The hotel is withing walking distance to City center and train station. The area looks older but it is very safe closed to restaurants, the river and the train station. Hotel has an excellent breakfast which as I was told "always included in your room rate". Staff was great! very helpful and pleasant.
