Les images sur internet ne correspondent pas à la réalité. L'aménagement chaleureux de la réception n'existe plus. Il a été remplacé par un mobilier post-moderne glauque. Les deux chambres qui nous été montrées étaient tachées, avec de la peinture qui manquait sur les murs. 4 étoiles? Bon commentaires? Une plaisanterie! Nous avons quitté l'hôtel après une heure. Le séjour nous a été facturé.

Das Personal war sehr frech. Die Zimmer sind sehr alt, man hat im Zimmer drin eine Türe welche zum nächsten Zimmer verbindet. Diese war zwar geschlossen aber man hörte jedes Wort der Personen im Zimmer nebenan. Wir haben uns richtig unwohl gefühlt. Haben das Hotel sogar einen Tag vorher verlassen. Ausserdem ist das Hotel viel zu teuer und wird dem Preis überhaupt nicht gerecht.

Gute Lage beim Bahnhof und historischem Zentrum. Personal sehr freundlich, schnelles einchecken. Zimmer gross und sauber. Leider etwas hellhörig. Frühstück im Panoramarestaurant mit schöner Aussicht und guter Auswahl.
