The hotel is in the perfect location for sight seeing. Walking distance to all the sights. The only thing that was bothersome was lack of air flow in the room. It was quite warm and very stuffy. However, the grandeur of the room made up for the minor inconvenience of it being stuffy.

The Junior suite with the frescos was one of a kind. Beautifully decorated and furnished. Beds are good. The stuff is amazingly and uniquely friendly and helpful. Giulia is a gem. i arrived to Florence from Assisi really sick, and having had my wallet stolen. I cannot imagine a more welcoming place than Hotel Burchianti. Giulia amd Marco (or Mario) are so professional and kind and made my stay there feel like coming home. I also absolutely love the boutique feel, the classical music and how tastefully attired the staff is. The juice, American coffee were plenty for me. The twin room is small but clean and the location is not to be beat. I spent one evening in a double which was also very special. I am grateful to this place and staff for helping me manage a bad flu in relative comfort!
