Fabulous location with comfortable rooms

Pros: Superb location and excellent rooms
Cons: A few more reception staff would be a big help.
Location: This hotel is very central being close the duomo yet only a 10 minute walk from the train station.
I've stayed here before and this is a high quality hotel in a fantastic location close to the historic centre of Florence. I might just be unlucky but there never seems to be enough staff on reception which I once again found frustrating. However, the rooms are spacious and very comfortable so it's a great place to stay and we'll hopefully be back again in the future.

Studienreise mit meinen Söhnen..

Bei der Anreise verbrachten wir ca. 1 Stunde beim Checkin. Zusätzlich hatte die Dame unsere gesamten Buchungsdetails nicht, und beschuldigte uns fast dafür, obwohl ich die ganzen Details zeigte.. Die Zimmeraussicht vom Zimmer 420 war richtig schlimm (eine Mauer), und unser Zimmer, vorallem das Bad war nicht sehr hygienisch..

Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel

Das Hotel ist in Gehdistanz zum Bahnhof und zu allen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten und somit sehr gut gelegen. Das Frühstück ist im Verhältnis zu teuer.
