Wonderful hotel and front desk. I'd have given 5 stars, except for the lousy Wi-Fi, lousy A/C, no conditioner in the shower. And why is there no soap dish in the shower? It is most challenging to pick up shampoo or soap off the floor in such a tiny shower!

I like the hotel location, it is right in the city centre, very close to the sites we want to visit, we can easily walk to every place. It is also close to the railway station, you don’t need a taxi to the hotel. The market street is 1 min away. The staffs are very friendly. We like this hotel.

The hotel is old. There was paint chipping away on the ceiling above my bed. The room and bathroom were cleaned daily. However the sheets were not changed. The location is perfect and very close to the train station. The breakfast was excellent. There is a step between the hotel desk and the Breakfast area that needs to be highlighted as I watched 2 people fall in 2 days as it is hard to see. One gentleman appeared to be close to 70 years old that fell very hard. Great location and price. Needs to be updated and cleaned thoroughly.
