The hotel is EXCELLENTLY located, less than two blocks from Il Duomo. The staff was amazing and friendly (Simona, Wael and Larissa) I booked two rooms for my wife and I, and my in-laws, and each room was greeted with a wine bottle. The breakfast buffet was delicious with many options to eat, and we had a super COOLING A/C that made the room extra COMFORTABLE to sleep. So far in our vacation, this room provided the best sleep. With all this said, the only reason the property did not get a 5 star rating was because they no longer have the rooftop terrace open at night. When we stayed there in May 2022, it was available for people to go up and have wine, tapas, and enjoy the AMAZING and CLOSE view of Il Duomo, one of the main reasons I chose to stay once again here. I'm very sure other guests will enjoy this hotel because it is great, but since I experienced it when night rooftop access was possible, this time around I couldn't give it 5 stars 😒

Great location!

Super convenient hotel with great staff. Probably the most comfortable bed/pillow we’ve ever had at a hotel (and we travel a lot)! Great option for visiting Florence!!

Lovely hotel close to Railway station.

Had a wonderful 4 night stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect. Friendly, helpful staff. Beautiful clean room with very big shower. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was lovely. Would recommend to stay here.

Friendly staff, slightly dated furniture and bath fixtures in room. Excellent breakfast and breakfast room attendants, and helpful front desk staff. Walkable location to nearly all you need in the city center, including from train station. We appreciated the luggage storage when we arrived early, and felt very comfortable that the staff had our property stored securely for us.

Fantastic Location

What a fantastic spot to be in Florence! Service was excellent, check in a breeze, the Duomo is just down the street, short walk from the tram or the train station, and the breakfast was fantastic! Hearing the bells tolling was the best and no, they don’t toll all night long. Definitely a must stay location! Worth every penny! Thank you to the staff for a wonderful stay. Gratzie!

We loved our days in Florence! The hotel has a great location, a great structure. The staff is great, especially Larissa, from the reception! I just think the bed could be better, more comfortable. And also the breakfast could have some chopped fruits and fresh juices. The coffees could also be fresh, not those from the machine…
