This hotel is a great option if you want to stay within walking distance of the city centre. It’s conveniently located near the train station, and the breakfast is great. However, it’s important to note that the hotel is located on the second floor and doesn’t have an elevator.

I was grateful to find this hotel which is able to accommodate my family of four (2 college aged kids) in 1 room. The hotel is in a very convenient location near to SMN train station with plenty of restaurants nearby. The AC wasn’t cooling enough but tolerable. The breakfast was great and the staff were always accommodating.

Great hotel if you don’t mind stairs

Very clean and newly renovated rooms, friendly staff, great location, free carbonated water available 24/7. The only potential issue for customers is the lack of an elevator to the 1st floor so you have to be able to manage one flight of stairs.

Nice size room. The bathroom is narrow but well designed for the things I need on the long counter space. The windows are nice to have which I open to let the steam out and not fog up the mirror. The shower has nice strong flow and good size with closed door and not the plastic curtain that always leaks out the water wetting the entire floor. The bed is hard but comfortable enough. The pillow was flat so extra pillows would be nice. The air conditioning is good and keep room cool. You can adjust it when you open where the adjustment was covered up to adjust the fan flow and temperature. We enjoy our night stay. Breakfast was nice touch and we were allow to leave our luggage after checking out so we can walk around until we head to the train station which is around the corner by Burger King. We will stay here again if we go back to Florence.

I like this hotel and have stayed here twice Unfortunately there was loud, nonstop talking on the phone in the next room; and walls are thin so my room didn't feel private or restful. This isn't the hotel's fault.

The hotel was perfectly placed for me to walk everywhere I wanted to get to. My single room was very comfortable and although small the bathroom had a great good size shower. One very useful touch was the water cooler available at all times in the lobby. Very good breakfast and all the staff friendly and helpful. I would be very happy to return.
