This spacious 130 m² holiday home is ideal for families or two generations wishing to spend their vacation together, directly by the water. The location offers a rare combination of sea views, direct beach access, and close proximity to the lively harbour area.



The house is spread over two floors and includes three bedrooms and a bathroom. On the ground floor, you’ll find the kitchen and open-plan dining area with space for shared cooking and long meals together. The first floor features the living room and bedrooms, all with access to a terrace where you can enjoy the water views and sunsets.



From the property, there is direct access to the beach, and just a few minutes’ walk brings you to the harbour with restaurants, shops, a playground, and ferry connections to Sejerø and Nekselø. The area is perfect for both active days and peaceful moments.



The holiday home is part of a larger property but is rented out separately and completely privately. No other guests stay on the property during your visit. The combination of space, location, and layout makes the house suitable for both short stays and longer holidays in relaxed surroundings. It is also possible to rent the entire property.
