You are interested in staying in our exclusive holiday home on Formentera?
It sleeps up to 8 people. The property covers about 9000 m², the house offers about 300m² of floor space, with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a spacious living and dining area and several terraces (partly covered). There is no pool but an outdoor shower, open fireplace and solar powered central heating.
Jörg, our man on the island, would meet you at the port on your arrival and take you to the house. If you wish, he would also be happy to arrange a rental car for you, mopeds, bicycles or even a boat. He can also fill up the fridge for you should you be arriving late in the evening, for example. He delivers fresh laundry and can arrange interim cleaning if required. And throughout your stay, he is your point of contact for anything else you might need. No water and electricity

Overall the service was good. This said, there was a problem with the water and we didn’t had any water for an entire day. We think that it is totally unacceptable hence we were living at 40 degrees and we werent able to shower or drink. Therefore we think that some king of reimbrussment should be madre and you should pau some money to us. If you have any doubts you can contact me to gamonedarodrigo@gmail.com. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour à la casa sa paret nova. La maison est spacieuse et bien équipée. Jorg, qui s’occupe de la maison est charmant et disponible en cas de besoin.

traumhafte villa mit aussicht in ruhiger lage..

die villa liegt in einer sehr ruhigen lage mit blick auf ibiza. zu den stränden von levante und illetas fährt man nur ca. 10.min. die vier zimmer bieten viel privatsphäre, wir genossen mit 4 paaren ein verlängertes wochenende in diesem schönen haus. das haus hat 2 grosse terrassen, eine mit blick auf ibiza. wir fanden, das haus hat eine tolle ausstattung ( was für formentera nicht immer üblich ist), besonders hat uns der neue BBQ grill gefallen... ein traum sind auch die bäder im bali style, ein highlight für uns war ein zusätzliches aussenbad/dusche. wir kommen gerne wieder.

Super Haus - hat uns einen tollen Urlaub beschert.

Wir waren mit zwei Familien ,inclusive 3 Kindern dort und hatten in diesem schönen Haus einen traumhaften Urlaub. Prima Blick in Richtung Ibiza. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Außensituation des Hauses ist sehr schön. Besonders klasse ist das Schlafzimmer, welches sich in der ersten Etage befindet. Dort hat man auch noch eine kleine Privat-Terrasse mit einem herrlichen Blick. Der Vermieter, als auch der der Verwalter des Hauses sind sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.

Molto bella ed accogliente "Sa Paret Nova". La villa si presta per una vacanza rilassante, comoda e molto confortevole. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, a nostro agio con la disponibilità del Sig. Jorg . Arredata con gusto e stile, la villa segue le linee arrotondate della dolce isola di Formentera. Massimo (18-25/8/2017)

bellissima villa, arredata con gran gusto. Le camere nella depandance sono piccoline e un po' calde, ma con il ventilatore il caldo è sopportabile. Jorge è stato di una gentilezza squisita.l?unico neo è la distanza con il centro abitato
