Built in 2005, Sea Dunes, is a smaller complex of only 24 condos on Okaloosa Island. Vacation rentals feature upscale furnishings such as granite countertops, eat in bars and tile in all the wet areas. With only 24 units, the complex's 140 feet of beachfront feels very private.
