Staff was outstanding! Design of room had its faults. Couldn't see the TV from the seating area. Room designed for taller people. Couldn’t reach over to the sink to brush my teeth without standing on my toes. Hard to reach the soap dish in the shower. Loud noise from the pool area late at night. wont stay there again

The hotel was nice and unique. The room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint was that I paid extra on hotels.com for breakfast and when I checked in, they had no record of it. So basically I paid for nothing.
