Parking was easy. Safe, it all just looked Sketchy. Even if I wanted to cook there was no utensils available in the kitchen area. The bathroom ran out of toilet paper, when I finally got a hold of the front desk over the phone I was told they ran out. That was my first and last time there.

The room was mostly clean. The property in general is just old and needs updated. The entrance to the building away from the office was propped open with a block the entire time I was there. Absolutely zero security. There was a homeless guy charging his phone right outside of that same door and peeing on the building when I came out the first morning. In my room, someone had tampered with the windows so you could not lock them. I ended up removing a propped up quarter from one of the windows and a piece of plastic from under the other one. I was able to lock the windows afterwards. Someone had used wet toilet paper to block off the people to the hallway, assumably so no one could see in the room. I believe someone had been coming in from the outside through the windows. Probably would be safer to stay on the second floor. But, I got the cheapest room in the area so I didn't expect much. It doesn't appear like anybody was in my room when I wasn't there. I did speak to the front desk when I checked out so they knew what was happening in that room.

Parking was very adequate so no long walks to get inside. Staff was amazing very helpful and knowledgeable abiut whats around to do. Definitely recommend this location for so many good reason.

Pictures are definitely not updated and hotel is ran down. My room was infested with roaches walls were in horrible shape as if animals lived there and would scratch and chew on base boards. The whole hotel and room had a horrible smoke and mold smell. This hotel needs better management and needs to take down the pics that’s false advertisement. Very disappointed and disgusted with this hotel.

The room that I was placed in was horrendous. There were chunks missing out of the walls. It looked like an animal clawed at them down to the dry wall. Also before I could get my and my child situated. There were roaches everywhere! This place wasn’t as it was advertised. Didn’t clean the room before I arrived and didn’t clean the room at all during my stay. I think because they know most people who choose this place are desperate they don’t put in any effort to make it habitable.

I was told i would receive a refund , after seeing roaches crawling i ask for a refund. I have not received that refund. There was also no blanket. And very little tiolet paper. Also no communication from the hotel.

4-6 Nov 2025 - I have stayed at this location several times in the past, but this time there was no chair at the room desk, had to request a chair, the toilet would fill after flushing, but water continued to slowly fill wasting water, the sink had no stopper and I fished a toothpaste cap out of the open drain. Reported to the desk but not fixed in 3 days. The killer was the TV had no remote control in the room because someone had smashed the TV screen throwing something at the screen that cracked it, so it would not turn on. Reported to desk but it was not replaced. This will be the last time I stay there. Oh yeh, upon return from dinner on my second night, there were 2 cop cars in the parking lot investigating a disturbance on the 3rd floor. Recommend not leaving anything valuable in your room or car if you are not present.

NO ROOMS after making a reservation on this site.

I made a reservation with Hotels.com and upon arriving within 45 minutes, was told they were FULLY BOOKED and I was turned away without any options other than NO ROOMS from the Hotel when I arrived at the counter. When I booked on Hotels.com interface showed the hotel had 5 rooms of the type I requested and 8 of a different kind of room, but Customer service at the Hotel had to call the hotel, but they never answered, so I was in limbo.... Spent an hour on chats with Hotel.com - had to restart the chat 3 times and it disconnected repeatedly, requiring me to start over with the process - as told, I had to have my refund reviewed later, and I would get a response via Email. So I had to book a hotel with a different service to get a hotel for the night.
