Okay Stay

The stay as a whole is not bad. I enjoy that they clean your room every other day for longer stays but can still request fresh lines and towels if needed. While I like the modern decor, I believe with the lack of carpet you are able to hear EVERYTHING! I understand that not having carpet is WAY more sanitary, this is just my experience. I heard one neighbors alarm clock at 4am every morning, I also heard the other neighbor coughing every night, all night. So I just really feel that either the lack of carpet messes with the acoustics, or maybe the walls are just thin. Lol Not really sure. Needless to say, I did not sleep the best (and I'm a heavy sleeper). The breakfast was nice and had good options. We definitely enjoyed that part.

Came back for second stay

We stayed here over Fall Break 2024 and loved it. Friendly staff, great facilities, etc. So, when I needed a place for a one-night stay on a reporting trip, this was an easy choice.

The staff was so nice! Greeting each time we came back. The lobby and common areas were clean, warm and welcoming to hang out. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Location was very convenient, close to everything we needed, many surrounding towns were within 15-20 min via the highways.

The reception lady that welcomed us last night and earlier in the next morning was very helpful and friendly but when we were leaving the hotel the other reception lady (the heavyset one) was kinda rude, my partner was talking to her telling her how nice the room service people was and fully ignored him and when we told her we were talking to her she walked away mumbling something in a rude way. Not very friendly person to be at the reception desk. Literally gives you a not welcoming impression.

Overall great visit - only one problem

The room and location were fantastic. The room was large and clean. Very quiet. The only complaint was that we never received any housekeeping services in the 3 days that we stayed there. No new towels/ no bed changed/ etc. The policy is stated that it is provided every other night.

The check in was seamless and the agent Valerie was kind and helpful. Breakfast was outstanding, the options and quality was top! Margarita the hostess was very helpful, attentive and was always cleaning, and making sure the food was available to the guests. Terrific experience I totally would stay here again if ever in this area.
