The staff is very friendly and explained the $20 refundable deposit fee if booking through a 3rd party website. The breakfast was amazing and there were many different options.

My kids love this hotel. We have been to another Tru where we had an equally splendid experience. The staff are exceptional. They are very polite, professional, and super helpful. The only reason I gave the hotel a 5 star was because I could not give them 6 star rating.
