Meu banheiro vazava água do box. O tapete do banheiro ficava encharcado. Não aspiravam ou variam o chão. Derramei sem querer um pouquinho de protetor solar no chão enquanto passava no meu corpo. Passei um final de semana com minha namorada e, logo na primeira noite, o ar-condicionado apresentou defeito. A equipe da recepção explicou que não poderiam nos transferir para outro quarto, pois o hotel estava totalmente ocupado.
