Das Personal wirkt wenig geschult. Die Getränke- und sonstigen Automaten funktionierten nicht. Zimmer war aber, da zum Hof raus und im 5. Stock, ruhig und völlig ausreichend für 1 Übernachtung.

es war immer laut und auf dem bett hatte es flecken die badewanne war verkalkt und der duschkopf war kaputt die mitarbeiter sind immer einfach so reingekommen als wäre der zimmer frei

Das 4er Zimmer ist prima. Leider ist es die ganze Nacht im Hinterhof so laut gewesen, dass wir schlecht schlafen konnten.

Grundsätzlich war der Service gut. Es ist allerdings eine Unverschämtheit, dass bei ebookers weder vor noch nach der Buchung darauf hingewiesen wird, dass die Bettwäsche im Übernachtungstarif (Mehrbettzimmer) nicht eingeschlossen ist. Es ist sehr unerfreulich und nicht korrekt, ein nicht gemachtes Bett vorzufinden und erst auf explizite Nachfrage an der Rezeption zu erfahren, dass die Bettwäsche 3,50 € extra kostet und man sich selber das Bett beziehen muss. Diese Information müßte dem Kunden vor Buchungsabschluss bekannt sein.
