Small cockroach in the bathroom. Some kids kept running around knocking on our door which I know is not the hotel’s fault. However, when I called to let them know or to ask for security there was no answer from the front desk. I must’ve called 4 or 5 times.

Room. Expected a restful sleep, however there were noises Coming from within the walls, extremely noisy, sounded like jet engines. We have a recording. Both nights was not restful, with Sunday morning being the worst. We made front desk aware of situations. Expecting a full refund. Tried finding another place to sleep but none were Available.
