I liked the location that was only 15 minutes walk from the Stena line terminal. There are lots of restaurants and shops in the surrounding area. The grocery store and rental car area was about 20 minutes walk. I felt safe walking the streets. The only thing I did not really like is having to ask for a ramp to be placed whenever we go inside the hotel and their restaurant for my friend who is in a wheelchair. The ramp has to be carried from the hotel entrance to the restaurant entrance since they only have one ramp.

Centrally located. Close to Stena Line ferry and train/bus terminal, so easy to get anywhere. Hotel is hip and cool and modern. Loved my stay. Loved my room on the upper floor (4th but odd to get to) with the vaulted ceilings. Perfect size for the week. I was safe. Breakfast was gorgeous and delicious. Plenty to choose from. Will definitely stay here again and I cannot recommend it enough.

Nice stay during COVID times

Despite Covid times we didn’t miss anything, we had some plates, glasses, napkins and cutlery in the desk for our take away dinner. Nice service in the morning, good breakfast and very friendly personnel 
